Artwork & Design Files 

Any logos, artwork, or design files you submit are used solely to fulfill your order. We will not use, reproduce, or distribute your intellectual property for any purpose other than producing your approved order. Files may be retained for a reasonable period to facilitate reorders.

  • Shopify Inc., which hosts and powers our online store

Shopify 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your data is stored through Shopify's secure platform. If you use a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data encrypted to PCI-DSS standards and retains it only as long as necessary to complete the transaction. PayPal 

XIX Brands accepts payment through PayPal, Inc. ('PayPal'). PayPal is a third-party payment platform that allows you to pay using your PayPal account balance, linked bank account, or credit or debit card. When you choose to pay with PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure platform to complete your transaction. XIX Brands does not receive or store your PayPal account credentials or payment details — all payment processing is handled directly by PayPal. 

By using PayPal to complete a purchase, you agree to PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Policy, which govern PayPal's collection, use, and storage of your information. We encourage you to review PayPal's policies at paypal.com/legalhub before using this payment method. 

Payment Security 

All payment information is encrypted. We do not store your full credit card information. Payments processed through PayPal are subject to PayPal's own security standards and are not stored by XIX Brands.
